Production Update | Oil Mold Temperature Controllers in Production for Edible-Oil Reactors

We are pleased to share a behind-the-scenes update from our workshop: one 150kW and one 180kW high temperature oil mold temperature controller (model HEOT-150) are currently in full production. Both units will be delivered to a customer in the edible-oil industry, where they will be integrated with large-scale reactor tanks for continuous heating and temperature stabilization.

 

150kw Mold Temperature Controller


Designed for 300°C (572°F) High-Temperature Processes

The HEOT-150 oil mold temperature controller is engineered for demanding thermal applications that require steady, high-precision control.

 

These units can reach up to 300°C (572°F), making them ideal for processes such as oil refining, reaction heating, and thermal polymerization within edible-oil manufacturing lines.

 

180kw Mold Temperature Controller

Customized 6-Meter Structure for Tall Reactor Systems

 

Since the customer’s edible-oil reactor tanks are extremely tall, our engineering team customized the equipment to match:

* Overall height: approx. 6m;

* Extended vertical structure to prevent oil backflow;

* Optimised piping layout for stable circulation and consistent thermal distribution.

This tall configuration ensures that the thermal oil remains safely within the system even during shutdown or pressure fluctuations - a crucial requirement for high-viscosity materials used in the edible-oil sector.


Precision Performance, Built for Industrial Reliability

Both the 150kW and 180kW oil mold temperature controllers are equipped with:

  1. The oil pump’s power can be customized to meet specific process requirements;
  2. High-efficiency heating modules for rapid temperature rise;
  3. Reinforced oil circulation pump systems for large reactor volumes;
  4. PID intelligent temperature control with ±1°C accuracy;
  5. Electrical components are sourced from renowned brands, including OMRON, FUWI, TE, LG, Schneider, and Siemens;
  6. RS485 communication functionality is available as an optional upgrade;
  7. Advanced imported microcomputer control is standard, with PLC control available as an optional configuration.

Each unit is undergoing rigorous testing and quality validation during assembly to ensure excellent stability during uninterrupted production cycles.
