Die Casting Oil Mold Temperature Controller Units HDDM-20

The mould temperature controller unit designed specifically for die-casting is predominantly used for die-casting magnesium, aluminium and zinc alloys. The surface temperature of aluminium alloys typically ranges from 180℃ to 270 ℃, magnesium alloys from 180℃ to 300℃, and zinc alloys from 100℃ to 200℃. Hengde has manufactured a professional die-casting mould temperature controller for these alloy moulds with high surface temperatures, and its maximum control temperature can reach 350℃ (662℉).

The Hengde mould temperature controller unit utilizes the latest microcomputer control panel. After setting the heat balance temperature, it can automatically maintain the temperature accuracy within ±1℃. It has characteristics such as a strong structure, a beautiful design, easy installation and simple maintenance. In addition, the mould temperature controller has a display of working hours; an automatic time-controlled switch; a double overheat protection for the automatic heating and cooling process of the hot oil; a display of excessive or insufficient oil volume; and a function to display the operating status of the machine. Optional accessories include an automatic oil suction and return device, an RS485 connection interface with the die-casting machine, an external temperature sensing wire, a motor filter protection and a dual PID accurate control.
