The surface temperature of aluminium alloys generally lies between 180 and 270℃, magnesium alloys have a surface temperature range of 180 - 300℃, and zinc alloys from 100 to 200℃. Hengde has manufactured a professional die-casting mould temperature controller suitable for these alloy moulds with high surface temperatures, with a maximum controllable temperature of 350℃ (662℉).
The aluminum alloy mould temperature controller of Hengde utilizes the most recent microcomputer control board. Once the heat balance temperature is set, it can automatically maintain the temperature precision within ±1℃. It has characteristics such as a firm structure, an elegant design, ease of installation, and simplicity in maintenance. Moreover, the aluminum alloy die casting temperature control has a display for working hours; an automatic timer-controlled switch; a double overheat safeguard for the automatic heating and cooling process of the hot oil; a display showing high or low oil levels; and a function to display the machine's operational status. Supplementary accessories available for selection comprise an automatic oil suction and return device, an RS485 connection port for the die-casting machine, an external temperature sensing wire, a motor filter protection unit, and a dual PID accurate control mechanism.
