230kW Water Cooled Chillers Completed for WPC Door Panel Extrusion

Hengde has completed the production of two HC-230WS Water Cooled Chillers for a customer in Iraq. The two units are designed for a WPC door panel and frame extrusion production line and are currently awaiting the customer's final confirmation before packaging.

With a cooling capacity of 230kW per unit, these industrial chillers are configured for continuous cooling requirements in extrusion production. The equipment combines a Bitzer compressor, environmentally friendly R407C refrigerant, PLC digital control, and multiple automatic protection functions to support stable and reliable operation.

Built for WPC Door Panel & Frame Extrusion

WPC door panels and frames are commonly produced through extrusion processes that require consistent temperature control. During continuous production, process heat needs to be removed efficiently to help maintain stable operating conditions.

For this project, Hengde supplied two 230kW water cooled chillers to provide the required cooling capacity for the customer's WPC extrusion application.
