20 Units of 6kw Water Mold Temperature Controllers Under Testing for Extrusion Project

Nanjing Hengde Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is currently conducting final testing on 20 units of 6kW water mold temperature controllers. These units are being prepared for a customer project in extrusion molding, where stable and accurate temperature control is essential for consistent product quality.

Designed for Extrusion Molding Applications

In extrusion processes, temperature stability directly affects material flow, surface finish, and overall production efficiency. To meet the customer’s requirements, Hengde provided a tailored solution.

The customer specified a maximum operating temperature of 95°C, along with communication functionality and a fixed installation design. Based on these needs, the HWM-05-06 water mold temperature controller was selected and configured accordingly.
